These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the TruView Systems (“TruView,” “we,” “us”) website. By using this site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Informational purpose

The content on this site, including service descriptions, examples, and demonstrations, is provided for general information. It does not create a contract for services and is not professional, legal, financial, or technical advice.

Pricing and proposals are estimates

Prices shown on this site are starting points and estimates, not a binding offer. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for any engagement are set only in a separate written proposal or agreement signed by both parties. Nothing on this site obligates TruView to provide services at a stated price.

Demonstrations and AI-assisted features

This site may include interactive demonstrations and AI-assisted features. These are illustrative, may be simplified or scripted, and are provided “as is” to show how a system could work. Any output should not be relied upon as advice or as a guarantee of results in your specific business.

Before starting the optional Aloe voice experience, you must affirmatively acknowledge that you are interacting with AI and consent to TruView, ElevenLabs, and their service providers recording, processing, storing, and sharing the conversation as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service. Do not use the voice experience if you do not agree. Do not provide passwords, payment-card details, health information, government identifiers, or other sensitive personal information.

Intellectual property

The site and its content, including text, design, graphics, the TruView name and logo, and the agent characters, are owned by TruView or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written permission, except as permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, scrape it in violation of these Terms, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Third-party links and services

The site links to third-party tools and websites (such as scheduling and email services). We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TruView will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability relating to the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when they last changed. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hawaii.
